Taco Bell is opening in Fergus Falls according to a manager at the Taco Bell in Fargo on S. University Drive. According to the manager, the area franchisee owner, John Serati, wants him to move to Fergus Falls in six months to train new employees and manage the restaurant. Calls to John Serati have been ignored and not returned.
