The Fergus Falls Pamida will be downsizing it’s store by 12,500 square feet according to reports received by Fergus Forum. Jackson Cooksey, a Texas real estate firm has posted documents suggesting that the Pamida store will be renovated to allow for a second tenant in the building with a demising wall put up to divide the future tenant.
